Bianca Marie Ross is a qualified counsellor and NLP practitioner operating in the United Kingdom. She is the founder of Counsellor Care and the creator of the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF).
We operate two websites:
• www.biancamarieross.com — for individual clients seeking personal therapy and support
• www.counsellor-care.co.uk — for trainee and qualified counsellors seeking personal therapy and professional support
We offer individual therapy sessions for adults, available online via video call and in person. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Our therapeutic approach is integrative and draws on counselling, NLP, EFT, kinesiology, and the RNIF framework.
We offer structured programmes including the RNIF Integration Intensive, the RNIF Integration Pathway, and specialist NLP programmes for emotional eating and phobias. Full details of each programme are available on our website or on request.
We offer focused intensive sessions for clients who want dedicated time to work through a specific issue or gain deeper clarity and support.
Through Counsellor Care, we provide personal therapy and support services specifically for trainee and qualified counsellors. Counsellors and trainees should access our services through www.counsellor-care.co.uk.
Susan is an AI-powered between-session support assistant available to existing clients only. Access to Susan is provided at the discretion of your therapist. Susan is not a therapy service and does not replace your therapy sessions. Full details of how Susan works are provided in the separate informed consent document you will be asked to sign before accessing Susan.
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. We may work with clients aged 16 and 17 in certain circumstances, subject to appropriate consent and safeguarding considerations.
Our services are not suitable for individuals who require acute psychiatric care or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency mental health care. If you are in immediate danger, please call 999.
Our current fees are:
• Individual therapy sessions: £70 per 50-minute session
• Programme fees: available on request
• Intensive fees: available on request
Fees are reviewed periodically. You will be given reasonable notice of any changes to fees that affect your ongoing work with us.
Payment is due prior to or at the time of your session unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed with your therapist.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate. Cancellations due to genuine emergency or illness will be considered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions where necessary. In such cases we will provide as much notice as possible and will not charge for the cancelled session.
Sessions that are not attended and for which no notice is given may be charged at the full session rate.
We provide a professional therapeutic relationship grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. We work with care, honesty, and respect for your autonomy and wellbeing.
We do not offer:
• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Prescription or recommendation of medication
• Psychiatric assessment or management
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Crisis intervention services
Either party may end the therapeutic relationship. We ask that wherever possible endings are discussed and planned rather than abrupt, as this supports the therapeutic process. If we need to end the relationship — for example due to a conflict of interest or a situation outside our competence — we will discuss this with you and, where appropriate, support you in finding alternative provision.
Everything you share with us is treated with strict confidentiality. There are limited exceptions to this, in line with our professional and legal obligations:
• Where there is a serious risk to your life or the life of another person
• Where there is a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult
• Where we are required to disclose information by law or court order
• In clinical supervision — discussed anonymously wherever possible
We will always try to discuss any potential breach of confidentiality with you before it occurs, unless doing so would place you or others at greater risk.
Full details of how we handle your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, available at www.biancamarieross.com/privacy-policy.
Access to Susan is available to existing clients only and is provided at the discretion of your therapist. Access may be withdrawn if Susan is being used in a way that is harmful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with your therapeutic work.
Susan is an AI tool. She is not a therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional. She cannot replicate the therapeutic relationship, provide clinical assessment, or guarantee your safety. Her responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfect.
Susan is designed to be used as a between-session support tool. She should not be used as a substitute for your therapy sessions, for emergency support, or as your sole source of mental health support.
If you are in crisis, Susan will provide UK crisis contact details and alert your therapist. However, Susan cannot guarantee that your therapist will see an alert immediately, particularly outside of working hours. In a crisis, please contact Samaritans on 116 123, text SHOUT to 85258, call NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
Before accessing Susan you will be required to read and sign an informed consent document. This covers what Susan is, how your data is used, and the confidentiality exceptions that apply. You must not access Susan without completing this process.
Your conversations with Susan are processed by Botpress and are subject to our Privacy Policy. Conversation data is classified as special category data and is afforded the highest level of protection. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
