If you are neurodivergent and have previously explored therapy, only to find that your personal growth support didn't progress as much as you hoped, you are not the issue. The support you received was missing something crucial. The bridge to integrate what you have learnt.
Every neurodivergent journey is different.
That's why therapy should never be one-size-fits-all.
I provide a safe, compassionate and boundaried space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences and feel genuinely heard and understood.
My work is guided by the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF™), a framework I developed after recognising that awareness and insight alone don't always lead to meaningful change.
Together, we'll explore your lived experience, identify what's getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that support life beyond the therapy room.
Because therapy isn't just about understanding yourself.
It's about creating the conditions for lasting change.

I provide a safe and compassionate space where neurodivergent adults can explore their experiences, make sense of the challenges they face, and move towards meaningful, sustainable change. Guided by the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF™), our work goes beyond insight, supporting you to translate understanding into practical changes that improve everyday life.
Our structured 16-week RNIF™ Programme is designed for neurodivergent adults who want more than insight alone. Together, we'll explore your experiences, build a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop practical strategies that create meaningful, sustainable change in everyday life. This is a more focused pathway, ideal for those who already have a level of understanding and awareness.
When you need dedicated time to focus on what matters most, an RNIF™ Intensive offers the space to step away from day-to-day demands and make meaningful progress. Available as a half-day or full-day session, we'll use the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF™) to explore your experiences, identify what's keeping you stuck, and create a clear, practical plan for sustainable change.
I won't ask you to perform distress in a particular way to be believed.
I won't treat your capacity as a fixed thing, or your setbacks as evidence that you aren't trying hard enough.
What I will do is take your lived experience seriously, including the exhaustion, the masking, and the cumulative impact of navigating a world that wasn't designed with you in mind.
Through the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF™), we'll work together to bridge the gap between understanding yourself and living in a way that truly works for you.
You may already have insight.
You may know why things happen.
You may even be able to picture the life you want.
But insight alone doesn't always create change.
If it feels as though there's a gap between knowing and living, that gap is real.
It's the gap RNIF™ was designed to bridge.
Together, we'll create practical, sustainable change that fits your life, your capacity, and your way of being.
For some neurodivergent people, travelling to an unfamiliar environment can become the biggest barrier to accessing support.
Home Visit Sessions offer the opportunity to work together in a space where you already feel safe and comfortable, allowing therapy to begin with less pressure and greater ease.
Sessions are available within a 7-mile radius, subject to availability.

If you're unsure whether a Home Visit is the right option for you, I'm happy to discuss this during an initial conversation.
If travelling to appointments feels overwhelming, or you feel you'd engage more comfortably in your own environment, a Home Visit Session may be the right option.
