About Bianca
Bianca Marie Ross is a qualified counsellor, NLP practitioner, and the founder of the RNIF, the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework. As the older sister of two brothers with autism, she has dedicated over a decade to providing Neurodivergent Support in schools and counselling rooms. Bianca developed the RNIF neurodivergent framework after a client posed a question she couldn't answer.
